Micro Amaranth Health Benefits

Amaranth microgreens are crisp, tender, and have a mild earthy flavor with a delicate grassy finish. Their delicate texture can’t hold up to heat, so they’re often served raw.

Micro Red Amaranth greens contain potassium, vitamins C, K, and E, zinc, manganese, beta-carotene, calcium, iron, and copper - wow!
